HI, I’M MARC SINGER.

I’ve come to the real estate industry after a long journey following my heart in a variety of artistic and customer service oriented endeavors.  After graduating from Lower Merion High School in 1996, I pursued my passion for food in the culinary industry at multiple levels, culminating in my establishment of the Oakmont Roots Cafe, the first “Mom and Pop”, locally sourced coffee shop/cafe in Havertown, PA.  After selling the cafe in  February of 2020, where it still sits today under a different name, I decided that it was time to pursue a different avenue utilizing my experience in leadership and entrepreneurship, I decided that a career in real estate would be a perfect fit.  Additionally, I have been fortunate to honor my passion for music over the years by founding and playing in two local bands that continue to perform at some notable high profile venues in the area and across the tri-state region.  I currently live in Ardmore and have 2 daughters; Liala and Zoe.
